1. Logitech G604 Lightspeed: Best Wireless MMO Mouse
If you hate getting entangled between wires while playing your favorite MMO games, the Logitech G604 LIGHTSPEED MMO Mouse can be a great choice. It is a great upgrade to G602. The mouse comes with DUAL connectivity, which means that in a single click, you can toggle between the super-fast LIGHTSPEED wireless and Bluetooth, even across two different systems.
Even though the mouse is wireless, it has a wide variety of buttons. It comprises a comfortable thumb rest and is big enough to accommodate palms of all sizes. We did not experience any grip issues with the mouse.
Thanks to the HERO 16K sensor and low click latency, Logitech G604’s performance is fantastic. The Logitech G HUB software provides you with ample customization options (sadly, the mouse does not come with RGB lighting).
The only issue some of our team members with small palms experienced was that the buttons were a little hard to press. All in all, Logitech G604 LIGHTSPEED is sturdy, value for money, versatile and high-performance. The tracking is perfectly accurate and a single AA battery allows you to play for up to 240 hours.

2. UtechSmart Venus: Best Budget MMO Mouse
If you are on a shoestring budget but cannot compromise on the quality and performance, the UtechSmart Venus MMO Gaming Mouse can be an excellent choice. We compared the mouse with a couple of expensive MMO gaming mice on the market, and couldn’t find any noticeable differences.
The mouse comprises 18 different buttons. You’ll find a 12-button grid arrangement above the thumb rest, a separate “fire button,” a button at the bottom to toggle between saved profiles and DPI up/down buttons.
Some incredible features of UtechSmart Venus include Teflon feet pads, ring-finger rest, a braided cable, LED sensitivity-indicators, and backlit grid buttons. Thanks to the wide assortment of buttons and multiple customization options, you can use the mouse for all types of games; not just MMO.
The only thing we felt was lacking in the mouse is the user-friendliness of the UtechSmart software. The software is pretty basic and can only produce simplified macros.

- Incredibly responsive sensor, even at maximum DPI

- Highly responsive thumb grid
- Weight of the mouse can be adjusted to make it lighter

The Razer Naga Trinity MMO Gaming Mouse is one of our favorites on the list. It is a versatile and high-performance gaming mouse with an exchangeable side panel design. So, whether you are an MMO or FPS gaming fan, you’ll love this mouse to its core.
The mouse comes with a very gaming-savvy look. You’ll find RGB areas on the mouse’s body (logo, wheel and side buttons). However, the mouse is fairly big and less portable than other mice on our list.
Even though it’s completely made of plastic, it is well-built and sturdy. The exchangeable side panel is held firmly to the mouse; however, we felt a little wobbly on the mouse’s wheel. Naga Trinity is comfortable to use and the ergonomics of the mouse are excellent. Due to its large size, the mouse is recommended for players with larger hands. Some of our team members with smaller hands did not like the mouse. Also, the grip is not suitable for smaller hands.

Scimitar Pro is comfortable to use for long gaming sessions. It’s lightweight and the curved bulge toward the rear end of the mouse allows you to rest your palm for the utmost comfort. Unlike Razer Naga Trinity, Scimitar Pro doesn’t create any issues for gamers with small hands.
The best feature of this mouse is the key slider system. It allows you to change the positions of the buttons and lock them in place. The keys are made of textured rubber and provide a great grip. This is one reason why we have tagged Corsair Scimitar Pro as the best MOBA mouse. The 12 side buttons can easily be customized using DPI matrices, custom macros and timer countdowns.

MMO Mouse Buying Guide
How to Find the Best MMO Mice on the Market?
While looking for the best MMO gaming mice on the market, here are some factors you should consider:
Dots-per-inch (DPI) is one of the most critical factors to be considered while buying a mouse for MMO gaming. Mice with higher DPIs are not always the best. It’s about finding the right DPI according to the game you want to play. Most gaming mice with mid-range DPIs provide excellent performance.
The sensor is also one of the most important aspects of an MMO mouse. There’s not much difference between “optical” and “laser” sensors. Complementary metal oxide sensors (CMOS) in MMO mice are mostly optical. They capture images one after the other and compare them to see in which direction and how far the mice have traveled.
Position of Buttons
The position of buttons on the MMO mouse is also a point of concern. Some gamers use their entire thumb to press the buttons; they require larger buttons. Whereas, the others use the tip of their thumbs to press the buttons and need smaller buttons. You may also want to look at the distance between the buttons.
The MMO mouse’s grip is another significant factor that must be considered. There are 3 types of grips that you’ll usually find in MMO gaming mice – palm (gripping with the entire palm), claw (gripping the mouse only with claws) and finger (using only the tips of the fingers to grip the mouse) grips. The “to each their own” rules would apply here. So, depending on your convenience, carefully select the grip type.
A good MMO mouse should be easy to program. You should be able to create the macros easily and run the software per your convenience. The supporting software should have a good user interface and should be easy to use. A crazy software can make even the best gamers sweat.
Wired vs Wireless
Even though most gamers prefer wireless mice as they are more convenient and less distracting during gaming sessions, they are not always a good choice. Wireless mice typically have higher click latency than wired mice, are more expensive and require more frequent charging. Therefore, choose wisely between wireless and wired mice.
